The whereabouts of 70-year-old Rebecca Goyne are unknown and the public’s assistance is requested to help locate her. Goyne was last seen on foot in the 6900 block of West O’Neil, North Ridge road on Wednesday morning. Goyne is a white female who is 5 feet 4 inches tall. She has brown eyes and short brunette hair.
