AbstractResistive Random Access Memory (ReRAM) is an emerging class of non-volatile memory that stores data by altering the resistance of a material within a memory cell. Unlike traditional memory technologies, ReRAM operates by using voltage to induce a resistance change in a metal oxide layer, which can then be read as a binary state (0 or 1). In this work, we present a flexible, forming-free, ReRAM device using an aluminium-doped zinc oxide (AZO) electrode and a nickel oxide (NiO) active layer.

KARACHI: Sindh Government Qatar Hospital, Orangi Town, has become the first health care centre in the province to diagnose tuberculosis (TB) using artificial intelligence (AI). An AI-powered automatic machine for TB diagnosis, the Cat 4 Integrated AI X-ray machine, has been installed at the hospital. This highly advanced AI-equipped X-ray machine will not only detect TB but also identify other chest infections in patients. It can provide an initial diagnosis of TB within five minutes.

KARACHI: The Sindh Assembly has enacted the Sindh Protection and Promotion of Breastfeeding and Child Nutrition Act, prohibiting the sale of baby formula without a doctor’s prescription across the province. The new law mandates that all medical stores in Sindh will be required to sell infant milk products only with a prescription from a doctor, and packaging will clearly label the product as artificial milk.
