Personally, I don't see any more signings happening at One Arrowhead drive between now and the draft. All glaring holes are field and they could suit up tomorrow. Here are some things I'd like to see between the draft and training camp though. 1. Youth infusion at edge and DT.

The expectation around the league is that Ja’Marr Chase’s new deal, if and when it gets done, will average somewhere in the range of $40.1 million to $41 million per year, topping Myles Garrett and making him the highest-paid non-QB in the NFL, as the Bengals said he would be.

Jerry Tillery is primarily an interior player but has edge flexibility, which the Chiefs love. Not a true nose tackle but can get after the passer from the inside.

If Kareem is used more like Perine, it’s a valid signing. Pacheco is in a contract year too, so the best players should play. Hopefully both of them are behind a rookie. Anything from Eli Mitchell is just a cherry on top.
