Ryman Hospitality Properties entered an agreement to purchase the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa from Trinity Investments for $865 million. Trinity bought the property in 2019 for $602 million and completed a nearly $100 million renovation in 2023 that improved the lobby and guest rooms as well as added a water park and two restaurants. The deal is expected to close in the second or third quarter of 2025.
