At this point, what do they have to lose? Entering April, even after a miserable March where the team went 8-7, the Denver Nuggets were in great position to finish as a top 2-3 seed in the west. Sadly, April has taken a turn for the worst with the Nuggets dropping all four games this month, resulting in their longest losing streak of the season. At this point, it may be time to reevaluate their end-of-season strategy.

KU transfers Tre White and Jayden Dawson share similar traits that the team lacked last season!The transfer portal has not treated the Kansas Jayhawks well with every non-graduate that saw the court last season for KU electing to enter the transfer portal. While some portal decisions were expected, 5-star recruit Flory Bidunga entering the portal was a big surprise to the Jayhawk faithful. Luckily, the tide has turned a bit in the last few days, as KU has added pieces.

Even the G-league has made this change… come on Adam Silver!Entering Friday night’s contest with the Golden State Warriors, Nikola Jokic was shooting 41.6% from beyond the arc, by far a career-high. Despite the Nuggets 104-118 loss to Steph Curry and company, Jokic connected on 4 of his 7 three-point attempts in the game, raising his percentage up to 42.0% for the season. Here’s the catch, it would be a lot higher if not for his “heaves”.

Sadly, in this version, the Nuggets lost the game vs the TimberwolvesPrior to the Denver Nuggets championship in 2023, the team became battle tested through two 3-1 comebacks in the bubble against the Utah Jazz and Los Angeles Clippers back in 2020. What some may not remember is that the Nuggets nearly lost game 7 against the Jazz on a play that looked eerily similar to Russell Westbrook’s missed layup on Tuesday night.
