In a decision released last Thursday, Judge J. Harvie Wilkinson, writing for the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, lays out clearly why the course that Donald Trump has chosen in regards to the case of Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia – the man the administration admits it mistakenly deported to a gulag in El Salvador and refuses to return to America – has two great flaws. The first flaw is that Trump's argument is nonsensically stupid.
