Dear hard-working friends at @nsdlpb , it's been more than two hours of requesting a slot for VKYC, no response on the app, no response to calls, and no response to e-mails. I hope you consider the value of an individual's time and take some minutes of your highly valuable time.

Hi my friends at @nsdlpb, I would be more than happy if you guys would've been as quick and responsive on your e-mail or app requests as you're on social media. Dropped a request to 'book a slot' for VKYC in the mobile app of NSDL Payments. yet there is no response anywhere.
