Directly-imaged companions at wide orbital separations represent unique targets to characterize formation at the extremes of orbital separation. They are a new frontier in exoplanet astronomy and have been characterized in unprecedented detail thanks to developments in instrumentation and adaptive optics (see e.g. Currie et al. 2023).

The participants recruited for this study took part in an investigation of unconscious emotional conflict in patients with MDD [39]. Patients diagnosed with MDD were recruited at the Department of Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics, RWTH Aachen University, Germany. Age- and sex-matched HCs were recruited through advertisements and flyers in Aachen. Demographic information was assessed with a questionnaire.

Kinematic studies of protoplanetary discs are a valuable method for uncovering hidden companions. In the first paper of this series, we presented five morphological and kinematic criteria that aid in asserting the binary nature of a protoplanetary disc. In this work we study the kinematic signatures of circumbinary discs in the residuals of their velocity maps.

A detailed analysis of the gas kinematics in protoplanetary discs has proven to be an invaluable tool for understanding the origin of the substructures often found in them (Pinte et al. 2018, 2019, 2023b; Casassus & Pérez 2019; Disk Dynamics Collaboration et al. 2020; Teague et al. 2021).

The arrival of data from JWST presents a huge increase in the resolution and wavelength coverage of exoplanet atmosphere spectra we can obtain from space-based observatories. Spanning from all the way to across four different instruments with spectroscopic capabilities, the gain in potential information for exoplanet atmospheres is no doubt extensive. This new wavelength domain has facilitated the discovery of new molecules and confirmed previous detections (e.g. Bell et al.
