Delivery to Entitlement Ratio, Missed and Unscheduled DeliveriesThe socio-economic advancement of farmers is contingent upon the adherence to the water schedule and the fair distribution of water, which is a crucial element in the Lower Indus Basin system. This research suggests that the presence of either an abundance or a scarcity of water, as well as the complete diversion of water allocation, poses problems to the system.
