WASHINGTON — You won't see pumpkins at the supermarket for at least a month or so, but it's a completely different story for some coffee chains. The pumpkin spice latte is returning to Dunkin' menus Wednesday, the company said in a news release. It joins a full lineup of fall-themed drinks and foods, like pumpkin donuts and maple-flavored bacon. Also back for the season is "Pumpkin Swirl," which the brand says is its "most sought-after" coffee flavor.

Someone in Florida beat the odds Tuesday night and won a $1.58 billion Mega Millions jackpot. It was the game's highest jackpot ever — but there's no way for the lucky winner to take the full sum home. First of all, the full advertised sum is for winners who take the annuity option — a series of annual payments doled out over nearly 30 years. The annuity is larger because the winner's state lottery will put the prize into Treasury bonds that earn interest over the years.
