Upon receiving ethical approval from the Institutional Review Board at the first author’s university, this study employed a cross-sectional, survey-based design. The survey was administered to a convenience sample of adults aged 18 and older, recruited from three main sources: a hospital-affiliated wellness center, social media promotions, and ResearchMatch (a research volunteer registry).
