ICE & DHS have not provided NBC with details about why Daboin Rall is detained -- now 48 hours after requesting info on his alleged affiliation w/ Tren de Aragua. He was minutes from deportation on Friday night before his ICE bus turned around. SCOTUS has paused would-be flight.
