HE IS ONE OF THE MANY PEOPLE WHO DIED IN THE ROOF COLLAPSE TUESDAY MORNING, HIS FRIENDS DESCRIBING HIM TO ME AS A FORCE FOR GOOD. TONIGHT’S VIGIL NOT ONLY HONORS ROSARIO AND ALL OF THE VICTIMS, BUT GIVES THE DOMINICAN COMMUNITY HERE A WAY TO UNITE IN THEIR GRIEF.
