Phylogenetic inference Datasets We built three datasets as follows: (1) a concatenated dataset of the 1000 genes for 39 taxa to be analysed in a supermatrix approach. (2) 1000 individual gene alignments for 39 taxa to be used in multispecies coalescent analyses and (3) the 11-marker Sanger sequencing dataset for 1388 taxa.
