Rescissions package barely passes in the House 214 to 212 Several GOP moderates voted against It contains $900 million in rescinded funds to global health programs including HIV/AIDS program PEPFAR

The House just passed the HALT Fentanyl Act again with significant Dem support. The Senate already passed it in March. This legislation will permanently schedule fentanyl as a Schedule I substance, which is the highest class of illegal drugs.

The House passed S. 331 by a vote of 321-104.
