Poor gate performance by @easyJet today at @Gatwick_Airport. The whole flight boarded via the EasyJet Plus lane. When passengers pay for a premium ancillary, the gate staff need to make sure that service is actually delivered. (EZY8067 to VCE Gate 113).

A poor ground handling experience at @Gatwick_Airport with @easyJet tonight. Poor communication of processes, staff barking commands at the gate, followed a lengthy hold stood on the airbridge, waiting for boarding. This level of service won’t get passengers back in the air.
