1. IntroductionOne of the most pressing and complex problems of medicine and neurology is the rehabilitation of patients. The number of people who need rehabilitation is growing every day. According to investigations [1,2], 419,000 people diagnosed with stroke were registered in the Russian Federation in 2014. According to the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, in 2017, 427,963 people were registered for whom acute cerebrovascular disorders were first detected.
