    The manageable risk level of HMPV, when coupled with continued vigilance and research, should provide a sense of control and confidence in addressing the virus. The recent Human Metapneumovirus (HMPV) cases reported in Karnataka, India, involving a 3-month-old and an 8-month-old, indicate that both children are recovering well. The 3-month-old has already been discharged.

    Many ascribe Bud Light’s sales decline to a conservative response to an incident with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney. They are wrong. , for example, saw its stock increase 5 percent after its 2018 campaign supporting Colin Kaepernick. The Mulvaney incident was merely a triggering event. Bud Light’s sales decline was years in the making due to what many see as a mediocre product, below-average customer satisfaction, and egocentric management decisions.

    Acknowledging that “HISD’s central office has grown too much over the past decade,” Mike Miles, the new superintendent of Houston Independent School District, made his goals clear. “We’re cutting some of that bloat,” he said.
