Hello all, My name is David and I have an investing problem. Ha-ha, just kidding however my wife might say that. I have been investing in real estate for about 15 years now. I started off with single family apartments, in the last 8 years I have transitioned to college housing. I buy a houses within 3 miles of a larger college ( I invest in colleges with over 10,000 students). I look for foreclosures and houses in extremely rough shape.
