The U.S. neighbors are still subject to 25% tariffs on goods that don’t comply with the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement, or USMCA, trade deal, as well as the 25% tariffs on steel and aluminum and foreign autos. The countries are not subject to the 10% tariffs that will now go into effect for goods from other countries.
