Vasai: A 25-year-old who had climbed about 900 steps to reach a temple in Dahanu with his family members collapsed while on the way down and was later declared dead Tuesday morning. Milan Dombre, a resident of Talasari, his wife, brother and other relatives had paid respects at Mahalaxmi temple perched atop a hillock. On their way down, Dombre started throwing up. Mumbai: Oshiwara police station on Monday registered a zero FIR against a history-sheeter for allegedly duping a 37-year-old Pune-based banker of Rs 38 lakh and having physical relations with her without her consent, after promising marriage. This case will now be investigated by the Mundhwa police station in Pune. A zero FIR can be registered by a police station regardless of jurisdiction.
