In the updated version of the open access Single Cell Type section in the HPA database, single cell transcriptomics data from 31 distinct tissues (Table 1) are presented, which include datasets from 17 new organs and data sources, 3 existing organs with new data sources, and 11 existing organs with their original data sources.
