LIVONIA, Mich. (WXYZ) — To aid with surgeries at it's locations in Ann Arbor, Livonia and Chelsea, Trinity Health has acquired three additional Next Generation Surgical Robots. The Ann Arbor and Chelsea hospitals got da Vinci 5 robots, while the Livonia location got a da Vinci Xi robot. The first surgery using the new robotic system was performed at the Chelsea Hospital last month. These new robots now give Trinity Health robotic surgery systems statewide.

The 6-foot-5, 285-pound native of Denton, Texas has been “committed” to Alabama since July, but ever since his renewed interest in Michigan and other programs was made public a couple months ago, he was never expected to end up in Tuscaloosa.

The 5-foot-11, 180-pound slot receiver hardly played in 2024 and was reportedly kicked off the team. He had been in the portal since October.
