    The Trump administration’s latest slew of tariffs will depress prices across commodities, according to Max Layton, global head of commodities research at Citigroup Inc. Copper prices in particular will likely fall by an additional 8% to 10% in the coming weeks, Layton said in an interview with Bloomberg Television.     Croatia has no plans to accelerate its bond sales on international markets despite recent improvement in credit ratings, according to Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic. “At the moment, we are fine,” Plenkovic said in an interview with Bloomberg TV late Friday, responding to a question about plans to capitalize on the slew of rating upgrades. “Our needs in terms of refinancing are continually refreshed.”

    Russian President Vladimir Putin unwittingly became the largest catalyst for European Union expansion after his 2022 invasion of Ukraine pushed more countries toward the bloc, Croatia’s prime minister said. “Over the past two and a half years, we have seen a strategic shift in the European capitals being more open toward the enlargement,” Andrej Plenkovic, 54, told Bloomberg TV in an interview in New York late Friday. “I believe that Vladimir Putin was the biggest promoter of enlargement.”
