Jim was the only child of John J. and Clarice (Herbert) Murphy of Oak Island, Revere. Jim often reminisced about his youth spent at the magical Revere Beach in the 1940’s and ‘50’s.

Mr. Tassinari was born in Arlington on March 6, 1933 and was the son of the late Gaetano and Teda (Borghi) Tassinari. Alfred was raised in Arlington on Cleveland St. where he met the love of his life, his wife Carol Tassinari. Alfred and Carol married in April of 1958 and spent 51 years together until Carol’s death in 2009.

Immediately after graduating high school, Chester joined the Air Force and was deployed to Korea. He was immensely proud of his service to the country and he was assigned to the 3205th Air Base Squadron. During his service, Chester was presented with the Korean Service Medal and the United Nations Service Medal.

She was born on August 24, 1935, the second of five children: Thomas, Margaret, Barbara and Claire of Thomas Roche and Dorothy Roche (Pons) of Brookline. Dot was an excellent student and a responsible sibling who watched her younger sisters after school while both her parents were working. Upon high school graduation, Dot began working at the Brookline School Department.
