IntroductionLung adenocarcinoma is the most common type of non-small cell lung cancer, and conventional chemotherapy-based therapy has failed to significantly improve the prognosis of advanced patients. Targeted therapies based on driver genes significantly prolong patient survival. EGFR is the most common driver gene, and the most predominant mutant forms are EGFR p.L858R and 19del, which are called classical mutations.
