An Arlington man is under arrest after police say he exposed himself to several women. Investigators say it happened during a relatively short time frame, but there may be more incidents that they don't know about. "We are seeking potential additional victims," said Alli Shorb with the Arlington County Police Department. Police said Ivan Fontana is responsible for at least three indecent exposure incidents in May, and now investigators are turning to the public to see if there are more.

He's just 13 years old and is now facing charges of assault with hate bias. D.C. police is investigating it as a hate crime. Two weeks after a deadly shooting derailed an elementary school championship track meet, hundreds of young athletes were finally able to compete. The DCIAA Championship Meet took place at Coolidge High school Wednesday afternoon, and some parents say they hope the children will learn a valuable lesson from the change of plans. Organizers said students from 14 elementary schools participated in the meet.
