中 신장(新疆), 카스고성 보호 조례 발효 (01분50초)신장(新疆) 카스(喀什)고성의 전통 문화와 건물을 보호하기 위한 새로운 조례가 1일 발효됐다. 지난 3월 31일에 제정된 이 조례는 고성의 역사 건축물을 철거하거나 훼손하는 것을 금지하고, 건물을 재건축할 때는 반드시 정식 승인을 받도록 규정하고 있다. 신장(新疆)에서 가장 인기 있는 관광지인 카스고성에는 세계에서 가장 오래된 토담집이 남아 있으며, 그중 가장 오래된 건물은 400년 이상을 거슬러 올라간다. [마이우란·투라커(麥吾蘭·圖拉克), 카스고성 상점 주인] "상업 개발을 위해 일부 오래된 건물을 과도하게 철거·재건축하거나 변경하면 카스고성 전체 경관에 큰 영향을 미칠 것입니다. 따라서 보호 조례의 제정은 시의적절하고 잘한 일이라고 생각합니다.
