That’s the risk Labatt faces as it shifts production of its Mill Street Brewery to London from its stand-alone facility in Toronto. Mill Street, bought and boosted with a $10-million investment by Labatt a decade ago, will still have its popular brew pubs, the best of which is in Toronto’s Distillery District.
