Join us at noon tomorrow, Wednesday, Dec. 4, as performers from the Cumberland County Playhouse’s “White Christmas” will entertain us with selections from this Irving Berlin extravaganza. On Monday, Dec. 9, the Cumberland County Community Chorus will honor us with An A Capella Christmas from the atrium’s balcony. You won’t want to miss this spectacular performance. Next up at noon Wednesday, Dec. 11, is Phil ‘N the Blanks performing in the Cumberland Room.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, Nov. 13, at noon, Phil ‘N the Blanks featuring Phil Ciancio, Bryan Cummings and the incomparable Terry Utsey will be performing in the Cumberland Room at noon. A performance of smooth jazz and more not to be missed. On Wednesday, Nov. 20, at noon in the Cumberland Room, Al Bonnis, a fingerstyle guitarist and a member of JR and Friends, will entertain us with fancy pickin’ and memorable songs. There is no concert scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 2. On Wednesday, Oct. 9, at noon in the Cumberland Room performers from the Cumberland County Playhouse will entertain you with selections from “Beautiful: The Carole King Musical.”October is Disability Awareness Month. The Upper Cumberland Diversity Awareness group will have a relevant display in the library’s entrance display cases. Books and videos will also be prominently displayed.
Fall Art Celebration shows off local talent

There is no concert scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 25 or Oct. 2. The Great Fall Art Celebration featuring a number of local artists is on display outside the Cumberland Room and by the elevator. Come and vote for your favorite. While at the library, visit the entrance foyer and enjoy the impressionist art photography of Jack Retterer. Among other attributes, Retterer teaches Fine Art Photography at UT.
