1. IntroductionWith the development of the Internet of Things (IoT), the ubiquitous wireless devices can generate massive data via environment monitoring or target tracking [1]. However, due to the limited power or hardware architecture, these wireless devices cannot satisfy the data processing and computation requirements by themselves.
