Currently, most Employment Tribunal claims (including those related to unfair dismissal, discrimination, and unlawful deduction from wages) must be lodged within three months of the act complained of. On 27th November 2024 the Government confirmed its plans to extend the time limits for bringing Tribunal proceedings from three months to six.
