Introduction Cerebral revascularization is the main treatment for moyamoya disease, which can effectively improve cerebral perfusion, prevent stroke and improve long-term neurological function. Surgical treatment is also divided into direct revascularization, indirect revascularization, and combined revascularization based on the characteristics of different regions.
