1. IntroductionWith the aging of the global population and the evolving social landscape, the mortality rate of cardiovascular diseases is on the rise, surpassing cancer as the leading cause of mortality. In China, cardiovascular diseases are increasingly affecting individuals at a younger age due to poor dietary choices, irregular sleep patterns, and sedentary lifestyles [1].
