Biological interpretation of the radiomic features Biological interpretation of the radiomic features was performed from 2 perspectives (individual radiomic feature and DTI metrics). First, the correlation between the individual prognostic radiomic feature (N = 14) and 142 intersective pathways was evaluated using Pearson correlation analysis. As a result, 11 prognostic radiomic features were significantly associated with the intersectional pathways.
