3.1.3 Polymers correspond to Grade F (130–155 °C) Polycarbonate (PC) is a common dielectric polymer and it has excellent thermal stability under the action of π bonds in benzene rings,69 which leads to Tg up to 150 °C. Due to the rigidity of the molecular chains, it is difficult to orient and crystallize, resulting in a low crystallinity. During the range of 25 °C to 125 °C (1 kHz), both the εr (~3) and tan δ (~0.1%) of PC exhibit strong independence to temperature.
