1. IntroductionThe issue of global warming is becoming increasingly serious, garnering significant attention from nations worldwide. Several countries have successively set their carbon neutrality targets, such as China’s commitment to achieve carbon neutrality by 2060. To effectively reduce carbon dioxide emissions, various regulations about carbon emissions, such as the Kyoto Protocol and The Paris Agreement, have been successively enacted.
