Miami International Holdings (MIH) and The International Stock Exchange Group (TISE) have reached an agreement on a recommended cash offer for MIH – via its wholly-owned subsidiary MIH East Holdings – to acquire TISE. BME has announced a reform to Spain’s securities settlement system to improve efficiency, align the Spanish market with European standards, and prepare it for the T+1 settlement cycle by 2027. EuroCTP, the European initiative to establish a consolidated tape in the EU, has welcomed Alexandre Roubaud and Jaafar Amrani to its advisory committee. “By joining the committee, these recognised professionals in the financial sector will help enrich our discussions and contribute to the creation of an optimal European shares and ETF consolidated tape,” said EuroCTP in a social media post.
