    🔦 Spotlight Does it feel like your power goes out more and more these days? You’re not crazy - it actually does. Incidence of power outages has increased almost 20% in the years 2013 to 2021, from about 1.2 per household per year to over 1.4. While that might not be noticeable to the average person, the average duration of power outages has increased by over 100%(!) from around 3.5 hours to over 7 hours. And that isn’t the only problem with the electrical grid in California.
