A month later, a new chicken joint opened under the name “Al 7ayalla”, sparking a huge buzz on social media. People were speculating that it’s actually their competitor Ahmad Al Abdalla who took advantage of the campaign and opened their own joint under the name Al 7ayalla.

The Lebanese passport has made a notable jump in global rankings, securing the 89th spot in the Henley 2025 Passport Index, which assesses passport strength based on visa-free and visa-on-arrival access worldwide. This marks a significant improvement from last year’s 95th position and Lebanon’s highest ranking in 15 years. The last time it ranked this well was in 2013-2014, when it placed 88th, according to Naqd Media.
