Evidently at least one food truck operator feels it is permissible to operate outside the laws that regulate everybody else in our community and uses as his business mantra the moral imperative of “by any means necessary.”I am certain there is at least one presidential candidate that would endorse such a scofflaw approach to business and this mantra may dominate many corporate board rooms. Minter. Minter was not from Missouri, but he joined the 18th Regiment, Missouri Infantry from his nearby home in Illinois. At that time in his life, he was living in Quincy. Minter was born in 1827 in Monroe, Va., (now West Virginia).
