Essentially, it’s a platform for other platforms, where custody is outsourced to a third-party. The business holds all the relationships with the fund managers and settles trades. A member of the selection team at Swedish giant SEB who also appeared in in Citywire Selector’s 40 Under 40 list has left the firm to take up a new role, Cityewire Selector has learned. Sebastian Siemiatkowski, a fund selector in SEB’s unit which covers €10bn of assets, is moving back to the polish market by joining investment management company  VIG /C-Quadrat.
