A Louisiana judge dismissed all the claims in a lawsuit filed by former LSU football coach Les Miles against the school, the NCAA and the National Football Foundation over his ineligibility for the College Football Hall of Fame. District Judge Ronald Johnson issued the ruling Monday inside the 19th Judicial District Courthouse. Miles’ attorney, Peter Ginsberg, said they would review the decision and consider their options in regards to an appeal.

Former LSU running back John Emery wants to play another year of college football, but it appears he won't have the option to return to the Tigers. LSU coach Brian Kelly said Saturday that while the team will be supportive of Emery as he tries to continue his career, LSU is "set" at running back position ahead of the 2025 season. "We'll be supportive in any way that we can, but we're set where we're at in terms of the running back position," Kelly said.
