    The French brand of biscuits and yogurt Michel et Augustin is not part of the new strategy implemented by Danone from 2022. The group has entered into exclusive negotiations with the Italian Ferrero for this sale. Danone separated from Michel and Augustin. The group announced on Wednesday evening its decision to sell the “taste troublemakers” brand, which was created in 2004 and has been in the agri-food giant’s fold since 2016.
