Warisara was among 11 Thai youths who participated in a three-week study camp from Oct 10 to 31 at Shenyang Ligong University in Liaoning province.

    According to the Xihu district government of Benxi city, Liaoning province, three construction workers died in a building collapse on Thursday afternoon. The collapse occurred when the Benxi Sheng'an Construction Engineering Company was conducting renovation and reinforcement work on an abandoned paper mill building in Xihu district. By 2:40 pm on Nov 8, all three trapped workers had been found and sent to a hospital where they were confirmed dead.

Local firefighters and rescue teams evacuated 234 residents to safety, with no casualties reported. The national marine environmental forecasting center issued a blue alert for storm surge on the afternoon of Oct 21, with coastal water levels expected to rise by 40 to 90 centimeters.
