AbstractThe selection and application of learning strategies for college students is a hot topic in the field of education. However, there is no consensus on a universal learning strategy for most learners. The methods for discovering such a strategy are also unclear. This lack of agreement is largely due to the absence of unified measurement criteria and the difficulty of comprehensively comparing multiple strategies in experiments.

Abstract Metal-organic framework (MOF) with mespores (2 to 50 nm) allows the inclusion of large biomolecules, such as nucleic acids. However, chemical reaction on the nucleic acids, to further regulate their bioactivity, is yet to be demonstrated within MOF pores. Here, we report the deprotection of carbonate protected RNA molecules (21 to 102 nt) to resume their original activity using MOF as catalyst.
