A cohort of 2879 infiltrating glioma cases who underwent tumor resection was obtained from the Department of Neurologic Surgery, Huashan Hospital, Fudan University, between 2013.06 and 2018.12. Eligible subjects are required to have undergone molecular marker tests and have complete information on the molecular markers, including IDH, 1p/19q, TERT, and MGMT. Individuals without information on any of the molecular markers were considered ineligible and excluded.
