AbstractSystematic investigation of high-order molecular interactions can deepen our understanding of the mechanisms underlying biological systems. However, effectively capturing both multilinear and nonlinear relationships to accurately identify the complex triplet relationships remains a challenge. In this paper, we present a novel Convolutinal Neural Tensor Completion (ConvNTC) to model triplet network connections. ConvNTC consists of a multilinear module and nonlinear module.

Circular dichroism (CD) spectrum and optical rotation (OR) spectrum, crucial for understanding molecular properties and configurations, present challenges due to limited testing methods and equipment accuracy in the ultraviolet (UV) region. This study proposes a weak measurement system for chiral signals in varying concentrations in the ultraviolet range, optimized using a deep neural network (DNN) model.

AbstractRecently, ConvNeXt and blueprint separable convolution (BSConv) constructed from standard ConvNet modules have demonstrated competitive performance in advanced computer vision tasks. This paper proposes an efficient model (BCRN) based on BSConv and the ConvNeXt residual structure for single image super-resolution, which achieves superior performance with very low parametric numbers.
