The study utilized B. napus cv. Tianfuyou2029, which is a common cultivated variety in Sichuan Province, located in southwest China. The greenhouse of Chengdu University Farm has been hosting the growth of ‘Tianfuyou2029’ since 2022. Samples of roots, stems, leaves, flowers, and fruits were collected from the appropriate developmental stages of the B. napus plants.
