The 40 Hz neural oscillation deficits in schizophrenia impair left frontotemporal connectivity and information communication, causing auditory hallucinations. Transcranial alternating current stimulation is thought to enhance connectivity between different brain regions by modulating brain oscillations.

3.1. Osmotic Pressure in OD ProcessFigure 1 shows the osmotic pressures of both the apple tissue and sugar solutions, as well as the dehydration rate of OD as a function of time. A decrease in the osmotic pressure of the sugar solutions can be observed for all three sugars. For example, in 60%wt sucrose solution, the osmotic pressure of the solution decreased from 15.60 MPa to 12.98 MPa in the first 30 min, and it decreased from 12.98 MPa to 12.39 MPa in the following 1.5 h.

Methods and analysisThis multicentre RCT aims to compare the effectiveness and safety of the letrozole-stimulated protocol versus HRT for the first FET in infertile women with PCOS. Women will be randomised (1:1) to the letrozole-stimulated or HRT group in their first FET cycle, and their pregnancy and perinatal outcomes during this cycle will be followed up and analysed.

Abstract Concerns have been raised about the potential health risks associated with elevated sugar levels in food products of osmotic dehydration (OD). To address this issue, a new strategy was proposed and validated in this study. Pea protein isolate (PPI) and inulin were introduced into osmotic solutions to reduce sucrose uptake in apple slices. Apple samples were subjected to OD (40%wt sucrose) at 40°C with different concentrations of PPI or inulin.
